Beyond is a counselor-approved, trauma-aware small group curriculum designed to help adolescents overcome the negative self-perceptions and behavioral patterns shaped by their environment, past experiences, or peer dynamics.

Through six intentionally structured sessions, students explore identity, impulse control, judgment, mental health spirals, past trauma, and self-doubt, all within a supportive and peer-connected setting.

Greg has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montana State University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Idaho. He has served schools for over 25 years.

Blending personal experience as a gamer, coach, husband, and father with professional expertise as a licensed professional counselor since 2016, he brings a unique perspective to the intersection of technology and mental health. With stress now recognized as one of the world’s top health concerns, he believes our relationship with digital media plays a critical role in how we manage pressure, connect with others, and care for ourselves. His mission is to equip young people and their families with the tools and insight to develop a more intentional, balanced, and healthy digital life through the practice of mindful digital wellness.
