Core Groups takes care of the planning and preparation so facilitators can focus on the students in front of them. Each unit includes six ready-to-use sessions, an optional introductory session, and the supporting materials needed to organize and facilitate a group.

Leading a meaningful small group takes more than having the right discussion questions. It requires knowing when to guide the conversation, when to listen, and when to let students learn from one another.
Core Groups gives counselors, educators, and other trained facilitators a clear plan for each session while leaving room to respond to the needs of the group. The activities create opportunities for reflection and conversation without expecting every student to participate in the same way.
