Elevating Core Lessons: Refresher Training

With Greg Sommers, LPC, Founder

An energizing, interactive one-day refresher designed to renew and elevate the power and purpose of Core Lessons™. Even strong, well-implemented practices can settle into familiar rhythms over time. Core Lessons™ may begin to feel more predictable, and while they remain valuable, there can be opportunities to deepen the dialogue and increase their impact. At times, the focus can shift toward moving through the lesson rather than fully maximizing the space for meaningful conversations that strengthen students’ well-being and life skills. This refresher training helps staff build on what is already working, raise the bar on facilitation, and bring fresh energy and intention to Core Lessons™ implementation.

The Attached Classroom

With Greg Sommers, LPC, Founder

The Attached Classroom™ equips educators to look beyond misbehavior and recognize the relational patterns that drive it. Students bring attachment patterns into the classroom that shape how they respond to authority, correction, and stress.

Through an attachment informed lens, teachers learn to see anxious, avoidant, and ambivalent responses as communication rather than defiance. Participants gain practical tools to reduce escalation, create emotional safety, maintain clear expectations, and build trust with reactive or withdrawn students.

This approach moves beyond behavior management and into relationship centered practice where students feel safe enough to learn and teachers feel equipped to lead.

Rooted, Renewed, Ready

With Greg Sommers, LPC, Founder

Rooted, Renewed, Ready is a professional development experience designed to strengthen the emotional and relational foundation of your staff. Educators reconnect around shared purpose while gaining practical tools to navigate conflict, build trust, and sustain a healthy school culture.

This is not a motivational talk. It is a structured, interactive experience that fosters psychological safety, meaningful dialogue, and renewed collective strength for the year ahead.

  • Extended Half Day Staff Experience
A facilitated session with guided reflection, structured dialogue, and practical tools for strengthening relationships and navigating tension with clarity.

  • District Keynote Experience
A research informed keynote that grounds educators in relational trust, emotional resilience, and collective renewal, with clear takeaways to begin the year strong.

Fantastic presentation! Best PD for back to school that I've experienced in 20 years!
