TEACHING FROM THE INSIDE OUT

The Inside Out Model, developed by The Core Project, helps educators grow by examining their behaviors with curiosity, courage, and strategy. It encourages teachers to become more self-aware of their communication patterns, offering insights that enable them to better relate to students, reduce reactivity to behaviors, and view student actions from a fresh perspective.

Chronic stress and emotional burnout are a reality for many educators, weighing on their well-being and their ability to connect with students. Greg Sommers helps educators face this head-on by recognizing how their mental health shapes their teaching, interactions with students and colleagues, and their overall satisfaction with the job.
