Train Your Brain is a counselor-approved, trauma-aware small group counseling curriculum designed to help adolescents build emotional regulation, reshape unhelpful thinking patterns, and strengthen self-belief.
Across six intentionally designed sessions, students explore stress responses, perspective-taking, focus and attention, emotional agility, self-talk, and confidence—gaining practical tools to navigate challenges and take control of their mental and emotional wellbeing.
