Unit Description
Beyond is a counselor-approved, trauma-aware small group counseling curriculum designed to help adolescents overcome the negative self-perceptions and behavioral patterns shaped by their environment, past experiences, or peer dynamics.
Through six intentionally structured sessions, students explore identity, impulse control, judgment, mental health spirals, past trauma, and self-doubt—all within a supportive and peer-connected setting.
Beyond equips group leaders with the tools to help students move from survival to self-efficacy.
