Core Day Leader Assessment
This assessment is designed to help identify whether you’re best suited as a Lead Facilitator or in a Coordinator/Support Role for Core Day. Each role brings unique strengths to the team: Lead Facilitators are outgoing, quick-thinking, and energized by public interaction, while Coordinators thrive behind the scenes, excelling in organization and detailed planning.
At the Core Day Leader Conference, we provide training for both roles. This means you’ll gain experience in all facilitation and coordination skills, regardless of your primary role. Once you discover the role where you naturally excel, it’s helpful to seek out someone on your team who complements your strengths, whether in facilitation or coordination, so you can work together to make Core Day a success.
Answer each question as honestly as possible to find where your skills and personality would shine the brightest. At the end, you'll see which role aligns best with your natural strengths and preferences.
Let’s get started!

14-20 points: Flexible Fit – You have qualities that could be developed for either role. Reflect on which skills you want to expand further to find the best fit.
9-13 points: Coordinator/Support Role – Your strengths align well with a supportive, detail-oriented role where you can manage tasks behind the scenes and keep things organized
